Your board exam score must be a minimum of 75% so that you can qualify for the Jee Advanced. For admission into IIT, only your Jee rankings will be considered and your board score will not play a role here

52 in GATE ECE is a good score, congratulations for that.
However,
there is no direct program (M.Tech/MS/PhD) on machine learning or automata in any of the IITs. These subjects are taught as subparts (courses) in many of the programs in IITs.

You will not get IITs definately not for pursuing ME/MTech.
But if you still want to study at IITs then you can MS/PHD programs and for that you should be very much prepared for interview.No IIT will ever give admission without interview.
