1.Prepare the basic concepts from NCERT
2.Do concepts fundamentals from standard books.Especially in physics and maths.In chemistry NCERT foundation is best
3.Practice questions from question bank.
4.Revise the difficult qusetion on a monthly basis.
5.For heavy concepts reffered youtube

B.E courses are not available in IIT's .
IIT offers only b.tech course and other u.g programs like b.sc and other programs like msc, m.tech, pH.d

Minimum percentage in 12th standard is 75% to get admission in IIT or NIT.
For NIT, a student must score high in JEE Mains whereas for IIT a student must clear JEE Mains as well as score well in JEE Advance.

There is not much difference between them.
IITans have an advantage of brand value.
And you will be surrounded by great minds in the country which gives you a positive energy and pushes you(That depends on with whom you do friendship as you can find bad people

No iit provides btech for artificial intelligence.
But most of the iits teach some basics related to the artificial intelligence as a part of the curiculum.
You can go with jain university, amity university or other universities with Btech+mtech integrated courses in artificial intelligence.
