For a bachelor of architecture course in IIT you must qualify JEE Main paper 1 because if you will not qualify JEE Main paper 1 then will not be eligible to appear for JEE advanced because for architecture course in IIT they does not have anything to do with JEE

It is fine that a student has taken Biology in 11th and 12th standard. But along with Biology student must also have studied Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry in 11th and 12th standard.
