You can take admission in any college provided you score sufficient marks in Jee and Advance for IITs. 12th marksheet would be required for counseling purposes , other than that there is no boundations.

HiiiTo be eligible to take admission in IITs and NITs you need to qualiy class 12th exam with a minimum score of 75% aggregate in the respectie borad or be in top 20 percentile of your board. For the reserved categoryies it is 65% instead of 75%. And yes
