You can give JEE Advanced exam again only if you do not accept seat of IIT. If you get into IIT, you cannot attempt JEE Advanced again. Accepting any other seat won't restrict you to give JEE again.

Admission in IITs is made by considering JEE Advanced rank. JEE Mains score have nothing to do with IIT admission, it is only important for the qualification to attend JEE Advanced.
It is very difficult for you to get an iit. You may get a new iit but very less chances.
