Definitely you can get admission in IITs. You need not to register for CCMN 2018 because you can get admission in IITs easily. You rank is quite good so you should go for IIT only.

JEE Advance exam pattern keep change every year. So the exact prediction would be tough. But try to score more than 60% to get admission in top IITs. You can also refer JEE Advance cutoff with given below.

Hi Manoj,
It is great that you wish to take up petroleum engineering. The general cutoff went from 5.2k to 8.3k and OBC-NCL cutoff was 2077 to 2095. The SC and ST cutoff was 1379 to 1759 and 667-928 respectively.
