It depends on what your score is, if it is somwhere around 100, you can get a good goverment college.
More than 100 and less than 150, you can get Nits, more than 150, why not try jee advance.

Minimum eligibility for SC candidates is 65% in intermediate. So, you are clearly eligible if you have 67%. But to get in to NIT, you have to secure a nice rank in JEE Mains. Than only you can get a seat in NIT.
