Of course you have to give JEE exam to take admission into any of the IITs and make sure to do you best to reach at required stage.

The only way to get admission into an IIT to study for B.Des is through CEED. IITs won't accept you for that course because of the reason that you have experience in that field. It will help you in the placements. You are eligible to write CEED.

Sir first of all let ur son choose his branch based on his passion. Then look out for colleges where u can get that branch. Do not compromise branch for the college u choose. Acc. to the info mentioned above, I would say that u look for the best NITs

First of all, Congratulations on your accomplishments. But, IIT's and NIT's don't have sports quota unfortunately. The only way to get into IIT's is to work hard and clear JEE MAINS . Anyways, if you want to get in through sports quota then you can try other universities.Good
Sorry brother but the improvement exam can only be given in the succeeding year you can't attempt for it now but jee mains doesn't require 12th board percentage so you can attempt it but rules can change so do check the notification of jee mains 2019 when it's out and
