Yes pwd students get reservation so they require comparatively less cut off marks in jee main and advance . The cutoff may vary from year to year according to the no. Of students appeared in exam.

if you belong to General Category then you can't get IITs. if you belong to OBC or SC/ST Category then you can get IITs easily.
If you belong to General Category, then you can get Top NITs for Your M.Sc.
