M.Tech: Duration – 2 Years (4 semesters) Admission through GATEEligibility Criteria:
IITs and IISc both are good. It's depends on your interest if you are interested in research you can go for IISc otherwise, you can choose IITs.
Both the institutes offer excellent faculty. Both have good Infrastructure and provide excellent placements.
