To get admission in IITs to M.Tech programme, you need to meet the cutoff as prescribed by each institute. You can check the cutoff of all the IITs from 2015-2017 from the link given below and use it to estimate the cutoff for this year.

Firstly to get admission for Mechanical Engineering branch there is IIT Bombay & to followed it other IITs and NIT Trichy, NIT warangal then other NITs. The admission in IITs is based on JEE Advance & for NITs the admission is based on JEE Main.

There are total seven IITs which provide various MBA programs and these IITs accept only CAT score. No IIT accepts XAT score for MBA.
