IIT Roorkee offers research in accelerator Physics. check https://www.iitr.ac.in/departments/PH/ .Check IISc Bangalore and their physics programmes to get a better idea. What I suggest is that you can check the IIT departmental pages or write to the departmental head. The admission office should also help.
