Hello Aspirant,

If you are getting a 100% fee waiver from your respective institution then you are not eligible for the National Scholarship Portal program.

The eligibility criteria for NSP clearly states that

Candidates who are not benefiting from the objective of any other scholarship scheme including regional scholarship schemes/Fee

you have to score minimum of 55% marks / 5.5 in B.E. /B.Tech./M.Sc. in your branch.

Yeah you are qualified for NITs, IIITs ,CFTIs and you are eligible for giving jee advance. If you want to get admission in then you have must go through jee advance.. The tentative qualifying marks in  jee mains  for GEN category is 89.75,for GEN(EWS category ) it is 78.21,
