Hello student as per eligibility criteria if you're from general category then you must obtain 55% marks aggregate or 5.5CGPA in last qualifying examination.

For sc/st 50 percent marks and 5cgpa is compulsory.

Hi Aspirant!

There is no GATE syllabus for Mechatronics Engineering graduates. But you can always write GATE either via Mechanical engineering (ME stream) or by ECE paper in GATE. I will suggets you to write it through ME paper. And you can pursue M.Tech from IITs  such as  Mumbai, Chennai,
