To get admission into IITs you must qualify in JEE Advanced exam. To get qualified for JEE Advanced exam you should write JEE Mains. In IITs point of view, JEE Mains only provides eligibility for writing JEE Advanced.

For your JEE Mains Paper-1 Percentile your expected Overall Rank will be around 337590 - 379500. With 67 Percentile in JEE Mains Paper-1 2021 you can't get seat in NITs or IIITs GFTIs. So try for Private Engineering Colleges.
