You cannot get admission in IIT through JEE mains, you need to give another exam of JEE advanced and need to get a good score to qualify for IITs.
And you need a rank below 10000, also to get desired branch you need a rank below 3000

For IIT you have to qualify the JEE MAINS cut off and then have to go for JEE ADVANCED. If you qualify JEE ADVANCED then only you will get a seat at IIT.
