My son is OCI card holder and studying in WB from Class 3 onwards and plans to continue studies atleast until class 12 in WB. Is he eligible for admission in IIT , WB JEE, NIT in general category ? I am confused after recent notification from MHA (March 2021 notification). please advice

Hello Sir,

See if your son is an OCI card holder but have passed his class 12th from West Bengal then he will be eligible for Home state quota of West Bengal and he will be considered under General category as there is no any particular reservation for OCI/PIO candidates.
