Yes, IIT Roorkee will recruit students fir admission in Msc biotechnology, but to take admission you have to give IIT JAM.and need to score good marks.

To get admission in to NITs or IITs you need to have  minimum 550-700 GATE score. if you have such score you have decent chances of getting seat in IITs or NITs.  Considering the previous year cut off you have chances of getting seat in IIT, Guwahati in Computer
