Yes, you can appear for JEE mains exam in 2022 if you have completed your class 12th in 2020. JEE Main exam is conducted twice every year. As er NTA guidelines you can appear in three consecutive years from the year of passing their class 12 for JEE

see cutoff score changes every year and it varies with number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream. however at this score you have very less chances for iits. in case you belongs to general category you have very less chances for north east
