It would be very useful if you can checkout the last year cutoffs .as per the last year cutoff you should score 26-30 marks .but at this marks you won't be able to get any good NIT or IIT .so try scoring above 50 .checkout the last year cutoffs of NITs and IITs .checkout this article .hope it helps

As we know that IIT Delhi has released the qualifying cut-off marks and percentage for JEE-Advance 2020. So according to the notification of IIT Delhi an EWS category aspirant should have minimum 5 marks or 4.5% marks in each subject and total aggregate should be minimum 62 marks or 15.75%.

Cutoffs vary from course to course . Since you haven't mentioned your course , i am predicting your in general chances of getting a seat in any moderate level course .Based upon the previous year JEE ADVanced cutoffs , you need a score above 120 to get a seat in any IIT. But there are chances to get a seat in some dual or integrated course with 120 marks.

Yes , you can undoubtedly fill the improvement fom for just two subjects , and just focus upon those two subjects instead of all the subjects. Once you make enough efforts to secure a minimum of 75% ,you should start focusing on your IIT JEE exam which is your fundamental goal.
