First thing is that ews certificate is valid only for just one year .So checkout the validity date of your EWS certificate and plan accordingly.

I haven't visited the login portal yet .But it is not asking you to submit your ews certificate (which I think ,gate will not be asking ) then you should  mention your ews category in the application form .

Male:- For CSE- 650 and For ECE:- 1500
