Hello Aspirant,

To get seat in any of the IIT you should qualify the cut-off marks of JEE-Advance which has been released by IIT Delhi for this year. Cut-off marks percentage is described below :-

  • For Gen-EWS category it is 35%.
  • For PwD category it is 5%.

It is difficult to get admission in IITS and NITS because eligibility criteria  is minimum 75 percent aggregate in physics,chemistry,Maths in class 12th for general category and 65 percent aggregate in 12 th in physics chemistry and maths for sc and st category.

It doesn't depends upon your branch it depends upon the subject you studied and your privious degree score .

For MSc in physics eligibility criteria is if you have scored more than 55% or 5.5 CGPA and 50%  or 5 CGPA (for SC/ST category) in your privious degree
