There are 23 IITs, and each has a lot of courses. To get into an IIT, you need to perform exceptionally well in JEE Advanced, and score a minimum of 75% in class 12. The marks you would need in JEE Advanced to get a particular course can vary

The eligibility to get admission in IIT, Bombay in M.Sc Biotechnology through IIT JAM is that you must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline and there is no essential subject requirement for M.Sc Biotechnology. Mathematics is essential subject to get admission in M.Sc-P.hD integrated degree in environmental Science

CSE and EE are two different branches. Go with the branch you're more interested in. If you wish to go in Engineering or Civil services then choose EE. If you wish to join MNCs like Google, Facebook them go for CSE. However pursuing CSE or IT at IIT
