It is difficult  to get admission in NITs or IITs with this percentile but you can apply for good private universities or institutes who are taking their own entrance exam and having their own admission criteria like:

The cut off depends on a lot of factors.According to IIT JAM 2019 the closing ranks for general category in IITs are given below :

IIT Kharagpur - 47

IIT Bhubaneswar - 116

These are the closing ranks after round 3.So there are chances that you might get admission

see there is no management quota available in nit or iits, mtech or m.e course admission is done on gate score, right now counselling and admission process is going on for mtech, however some of the iits has interview and separate written test for m.tech course along with gate

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix , candidates category. if you are from general category you have less chances for iits and top ranked nits, however i suggest you to apply for vit vellore,

MNIT Allahabad

NIT Warangal

NIT Calicut

IIEST Howrah.
