Indian Institute of Technology(IIT),Bombay, and Indian Institute of Technology(IIT),kharagpur both are good but I recommend IIT bombay because it is better posion than IIT Kharagpur.Here you didnot mention the branch to compare with both the colleges.But both the colleges are equally good.

IIT takes the admission on the basis of JEE Advanced. If you couldn't meet the cutoff of IITs through JEE Advanced then you can also apply for the other engineering colleges except NITs, IIITs & GFTIs accept JEE Main score.
