Hello student to get admission into any of the IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) you need to appear in Jee main and after clearing Jee main you need to appear in Jee advance because admission in any iit is only through Jee advance not on the marks obtained in class

Yes, being an ECE student you can appear for GATE for CS/IT stream. But after this you will be only be eligible for the M.Tech only. You can not apply in PSUs through this.
