There are no supernumerary seats in UCEED unlike IIT right now. There are only the normal reservations for seats of minorities, PWD, ST, SC, OBC etc right now.

Since I am not mentioned your branch and category it is very difficult to predict which NIT or IIT you can get however if you are from general category then it does not matter matter from which branch you are you are not able to get into IIT.
Based on previous years cut offs, you might have a chance at:
NIT Surathkal: Nanotechnology
NIT Warangal: Environmental Engineering
NIT Raipur: Industrial Engineering and Management
NIT Kurukshetra: Instrumentation
NIT Durgapur: Operations Research
Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors. Please
cutoff marks for SC category is 50. seat reservation given for SC category is 15%. there is high chance of getting an admission. You can try for top IIT campus like Hyderabad, mumbai, madras, delhi. select your state IIT if available then you can use home state quota.
