The NTA has normalised the marks scored by the students into percentile. Although no one has specific information that could help to know the procedure used but you can refer the below link to know your approx score.

As you have secured 81.06 percentile in the jee main it is good . According to the previous year record there is low possibility of getting seat in nit and iiits. Might you can try on the gfits .better work more wise in the next exam in April

72.65 percentile was good. There is official cut off marks released. But according to the experts of career360. The expected cut off for sc category is 54+ . So that you are eligible for jee-advance

For your marks of 33.34, you may be having gate score of 420. For this score possible MTech colleges are-

Jadavpur university,  Delhi Technical university, NIT bhopal, IIT kharagpur, College of engineering pune, NIT Patna, surat, rouerkela, silchar and hamirpur among good college.

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission cutoff. This score seems enough to qualify the exam as OBC category but chances seems less to get NITs, IIITs & GFTIs Etc. You can go for state level counselling. I would also suggest you
