Yes, you've good chances of getting good IITs. for EC under OBC (NC) category as per the previous years cut offs. For BITs pilani you need to appear for BITS HD online test.

how many marks are needed to crack iit

For getting into an iit you need 75% in your higher secondary.
You have tp qualitfy jee mains in order to write jee advance .That is  about 90 marks in jee mains .
And you have to get a rank under 10000 in jee advance
