IIT provides full (100%)exemption in  fee tuitions to all the SC/ST students.

i.e. A student from SC/ST will not have to the pay the fees irrespective of his annual income.

YES, you are eligible for appearing for GATE exam to pursue M.E. in IIT even at the age of 40 years. This is because there is no age bar set to apply for the exam i.e. there is no maximum or minimum age limit to appear GATE Exam

So as per the previous year cut off , to get admission in IIT bombay  your rank should be approaximately less than  1500. If you want cse branch your rank should be less than 100, for EE rank should be less than 420,for ME

No , irrespective of your percentile in jee main, you cannot get admission in IIT Hyderabad or any IIT on the basis of JEE main.

This is because,

admission in IITs is completely on the basis of JEE advanced rank .

JEE main is just required to be qualified
