Now coming to the question, for an SC rank of 2059 in JEE ADVANCED, getting an IIT with CSE department looks far

There is a huge difference between B. Tech and M. Tech as they are two different degrees.
Btech is for graduation and M. Tech is for post graduation.
Without Btech you cannot go for M. Tech
B. Tech is a 4 yrs course, whereas M. Tech is 2yrs
