Well brother, I can understand your situation. I know you have worked hard for JEE advanced but I believe with 15.3k CRL rank you won't be getting decent IIT which I can recommend you.
Though with EWS, there might be an increased chance of your's getting a seat but with
Fristly, it is JEE advanced not advance.
Secondly, keep your board percentage with you, it won't help you for getting an IIT.
So, regaridng your 14.8k rank, if you are a general candidate then it is a hard time for you brother.

First of all there is no such home state reservation in IITs like that in NITs. So no point mentioning that.
Now for an ST rank of 1580, it is almost improbable for you to get a seat in an IIT because almost all the ST seats generally
