Well I can answer this question as I've studied an entire year.
With my experience I can tell you, all the coaching institute are almost equal.
But with doing no favours I would recommend you to study at Vibrant (though I was not even it's past student). I'm refering it
First you have to give jee mains , if you clear for jee advanced , then you have to give jee advanced , then you will get a seat in IIT'S . Mostly all IIT'S are same , there is no difference in study .

As per your rank mentioned in jee mains 2019 it is difficult to get CSE in top NIT. Generally in order to get NIT with CSE branch the minimum percentile is 99 above and rank required should be below 1200 for top NIT respectively.

Hey! first of all don't worry about it, you have got good rank in Gate and you are from st category, the chance of getting ECE in IIT Khargpur and Dhanbad is very high, so don't be tense and All the Best and may your dreams come true.

You have very low chances for getting either IITs or NITs. Your rank is too low to get any of courses there. Your rank is neither good in jee mains nor in jee advanced.
