as per the previous year cutoff and score you have good chances to get mtech in iit guwahati. however every year cutoff changes so it is difficult to give sureity. and there is also MS programme in iit guwahai which is of 3 years and need lower gate

As the cutoff marks varies each year . According to previous year 2018, you have to secure a minimum of 150 marks to get into IIT Guwahati for an OBC candidate.
