Cutoff is only available in ranks and not marks. Last year in 2017 cutoff was 24rank in CSE PWD category . 

Categories wise ranks versus marks not available so its difficult to predict marks.

The exact reason is not known. But it can because of the ranking of the college. IIT Guwahati and Indore have higher ranking than Hyderabad.

I think you should choose your favourite branch. After physics you will become teacher . I think you should go with DTU. Your branch is superb CSE and also college DTU is awesome.
