There are many colleges out there you can choose from with your score. Each college has different application dates. But most of the colleges will fill their seats by April or May so you better hurry and fill forms immediately.

ISM Dhanbad offers Mtech Admission through GATE scores.
Top courses for mtech are ofdered in following Specialization:-

Civil
Chemical
Electrical
Computer science
Civil environmental
Mining
Engineering Physics
Petroleum
Power

The course intake varies for all Specialization.
Candidates must have passed Btech with Minimum 50% marks from recognized University.

Also,,must possess valid GAT e scores.

is ISM DHANBADH better for MTECH for a CSE student??

ISM DHANBAD is basically established for mining .They offer very good placement for mining and other branches are very recently started here so this is not a very good idea to pursue M.Tech in CSE but if you do so then getting campus placement would be a tough task for you. I would also suggest you to try for Mumbai or Hyderabad reputed colleges if you are planning for coming year admission.

Also, you can go through the below provided points to know all about ISM Dhanbad -

Placements :
ISM -- They are trying very hard to get more reputed companies for M.Tech students.

Infrastructure :
ISM -- Trying to give the best resources far behind than low rated private universities.

Faculty - The strength of professors is not that high.

Branding :
ISM -- ISM have pretty good reputation still it is unknown and even though it has converted to IIT.
