Congratulations for scoring 109 marks in JEE Advanced . With such a score, your CRL Rank is nearly 18,000 . With such a rank, category and gender, unfortunately , you won't be able to get CSE at IIT Bombay , or in fact, CSE in any IIT .

Barring a few Indian Institute of Technologies like IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi, with a rank of close to 3000 in the OBC (NCL) category, you may get every IIT under the sun. For example some IITs with branches that you might get are:
