Both the mentioned colleges are good regarding brach go for the brach you have interest in do not go for brand value of college. Selecting BIOTECH just to get into IIT is not a good idea. Rest depends on your interest

you can not get admission in IIT , because IITs don't accept students through UPSEE exam they conduct their own exam JEE MAINS & ADVANCE so you have to clear this exam with good ranks then you can get admission in IIT.
