There are less chances of getting IIT Delhi or KGP in subsequent rounds.So i suggest you to freeze a seat in IIT Roorkee. You apply for Delhi and KGP in case you get a seat you can withdraw as well.

If you get IIT Khaargpur in first round of JoSAA counselling, report as soon as possible. Don't report 1 day prior to when the classes start.
