Congratulations for good results. If you are aspiring for these two colleges particularly. Then IIT Madras is better than IIT hyderabad as per ranking. But choice of branch also matters. Think deeply because you will be called a mechanical engineer or software engineer. Both the options are good. Final decision depends on your interest.
Hello Anjali,
The cutoff for the Institute of Information Technology and Management, Janakpuri has a high cutoff. The cutoff for BCA for General outside Delhi category is 1191 closing rank and for General category candidates of Delhi, Home State is 1303. So it will be difficult for you to get in this college, but you must try in the spot rounds.
All The Best.
Hey there,
Not looking at the issue with course point of view, each of the college has it's own reputation, pros and cons. If you choose to study a core branch, IITs are preferable because most of the core companies recruit students there and all the recruitments would likely get filled by IITians, NITians. The value of the student who has done graduation in an IIT would be high. The fee structure is much student friendly in IITs/government colleges. IITs have high quality of competition than BITS. But, BITS follow zero attendance policy which would be easy for passion oriented students who are willing to work for startups, etc. although IIT has few courses which doesn't require students to satisfy attendance criteria. Nevertheless, each of the colleges have breathtaking campuses, good clubs, great facilities.
Hope this helped.
Hello
Forgetting in IIT-Madras you simply got to pass JEE-Mains that you simply got to get additional marks than the cut-off marks as per your caste. Once you clear JEE-Mains you may be eligible to look for JEE-Advance that decides during which IIT you're aiming to land. And for getting in IIT_madras you would like to attain sensible marks ahead.
For IIT-Madras gap and shutting rank for every case, you'll visit this link=https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-cutoff-for-iit-madraso
Hope this was useful. All the best!!!
Hi,
You need to consider a lot of factors while making this decision. All of them are decent options to pursue an BBA. IP is a state university and hence you will get a degree of government university. The fees would also be a little lesser in IPU. Facilities are similar in IP colleges and Symbiosis.
For placements and industry exposure, Symbiosis has an edge over IPU, since it is a reputed private university. However, you must also consider the distance to Noida. If you intend to prepare for MBA, you can save up on your time by choosing a more nearby college.
Hey vishal!
The candidates who have got admission in B.tech first year at IIT MADRAS will be called for some admission procedure in the last week of july , perhaps monday only. Then , the whole procedure will take your time from 9 to 5 . Then , there will be an orientation programme on the next day. And the still next day , there will be your departmebnt orientation in which you will be introduced to your department labs and faculty.
After all this you academic classes will start from the first monday of august. This is the most tentative day. There can be slight variations in these dates according to the college arrangements.
Hope it helps!
