To study aerospace engineering from IIT Madras you need to appear for JEE advance and only those candidates who qualified JEE main able to appear for JEE advanced once you get good rank in JEE advanced you can get admission into IIT Madras for aerospace engineering there is a fee

Yes , if you clear GATE in Mechanical with good marks and rank, you will be recruited for PSU jobs. There are few companies which are exceptional like BPCL and HPCL , who have restrictions on the degree and the course, where they take in only B.Tech/B.E degree holders
