The MS program at IIT, Tirupati requires candidates to meet the required eligibility criteria. Once the eligibility criteria are met, candidates have to appear for GATE and get a valid score. Upon receiving the valid score, candidates must fill out the applicable application form. The candidates will be invited for a test or interview and will be selected based on their marks and interview and or test performance. The selected candidates must then submit the required documents and pay the fees.
According to the JEE Advanced 2022 cutoff the B. Tech CSE cutoff in 2021 for males was 3296 and for females was 6712. The respective cutoffs for Electrical Engineering were 6586 for males and 12864 for females. IIT Tirupati's B. Tech ((CSE) closing rank for male and female candidates in 2020 was 4117 and 5270, respectively, while for electrical engineering, it was 7289 and 10060.
There are no certification courses offered by the institute. Currently, it only offers degree courses at the undergraduate (B.Tech), postgraduate (M. tech, M.Sc, MPP), and doctoral levels( P.hD). There are 29 courses offered by the institute in total. There are a variety of specialisations available for the above mentioned courses.

These things are very difficult to predict because there are certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
As per my prediction you need to score atleast 150+ to be on a safer side to get cse in iit tirupati.

This institute offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programmes, including B.Tech, Ph.D., MS, MSc, and MTech. Yes, Many IIT's like IIT Madras and IIT Tirupati, conduct written test and interviews round for the admission of M.Tech or MS. IIT Madras call for interview for M. Tech who has qualified first round (written exam) . They used to ask some conceptual questions and some practical application oriented questions.
Admission in M. Tech (TA) and Research programmes, like MS, in most IIT include written test/ interview along with GATE score , so candidates must prepare well for it and should have the proper preparation strategy for it.
