    Yes, all four sections physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology are compulsory for IAT but their is no sectional cut-off.
    Most of the students who appear in the IISER Aptitude Test will have either PCM or PCB in Class 12 and only few will have PCMB as subject.

    My 12th board name is Counci of Indian School Certificate n i score 327/500.     hey, You can appear in IAT 2021 with this mark (if u have filled application form) but difficult to get admission.     You didn't mention your 12th board name and Cut-off list for scb channel 2021is not declared yet officially. Check for previous year cut-offs to get an idea of your eligibility. Some of them are listed here.
