You can find the link in their official website. The application form link is open till 10th Feb 2019. So, if you are interested then please fill up the application form with your GATE admit card number and submit it.

On the basis of your GATE score and how you perform in your interview, you will be awarded the positions.

It can be from Gradute Engineer to Officer's Grade.

For applying for IOCL and HPCL through GATE 2019.

1. First you need to apply or register yourself for GATE 2019. For all relevant details you can go to www.gate.iitm.ac.in 

2. Once you get the Registration number and Admit Card for GATE 2019 you need to apply on Indian Oil website www.iocl.com mentioning all the relevant details and information. Once you reach the IOCL website you need to go to careers and after that in the latest job openings you'll find the relevant link.

P.S. : The GATE 2019 application link is not available for few days .

Selected Candidates will be recruited as Graduate Engineer and Officers based on their GATE 20109 scores and performance based in the Interview.
