Now being very honest, if you can afford, doing psychology from abroad gives you better benefits because there are more job opportunities outside India. Despite coming so far in life, Mental Health is still not taken seriously in India. If you are ready to stay here and change that mentality, you are most welcome. But if you want to go for a secure job placement, or a successfull private practice, studying abroad, if you can afford, is the better option. Yes, ANNA UNIVERSITY will take admission and you can apply for the TNEA with NIOS marks fulfilling all the criteria of the admission i.e.

1. You have to passed with minimum 50% of marks.
2. The candidate should be atleast 17 years of age.
