There's no such rule of having admission in 2nd or 3rd year for that matter in the case of IGNOU.
You have to take admission for full program duration only, and IGNOU doesn't offer lateral entry as such in this regard.

Usually, IGNOU classes are held on weekends only. So, you need to contact your coordinator of pandua high madrasa to know exact details.

And when it comes to classes, kindly contact your coordinator of study centre, usually IGNOU classes are held on weekend only.
However, the exact timings for classed can only be informed by coordinator of your study centre.
You can get it confirmed by contacting coordinator of your study centre or personally visiting the college. Sometimes, colleges out up the class timings on their notice board, or there is also update in their website, however the same is not true for every college. This possibility might differ.
You said you are in final year and there is no semester wise examination in IGNOU.
Now tell me how many exams you were writing in a year?
If writing 2 of the in a year,then in apllication write 5th SEM if you haven't attempted any one the exam.
Just go to the admission portal of IGNOU, login with your username and passwords, you'll be directed towards your application form which you've filled and from there you can note down your enrollment number, you can also reset your password or username, in case you've forgotten from the following
In case of upgrading marks for assignments and term end exams, IGNOU does take time.

The colleCo would be reopened for those who took admission through universitiy this year would have to report on the September. The dates are still tentative and not fixed as of now but would be confirmed sooner. Good luck!

In this Program, semester system is followed as January to June (first semester of the year) and July to December (Second Semester of the year).
