Even if you're seeking admission in regular mode in DU, there's two ways out there for BA(Hons) or BA programme,  both is merit based and entrance based. You must submit your assignment in order to appear for the respective subject's TEE. TEE examination forms will be accepted only when the center verifies that you have submitted your assignment. You can give your assignment in September and appear in December TEE.

Yes you are eligible for LLB the criteria for llb is you should have scored more than 45% in 12th standard. And  you have to give CET exam for the respective colleges.

IGNOU doesn't has the option of result awaited while its application process is going on. It provides you enough time for filling its form for M.A. courses so that there is no mishappening relating to result.

Hence, you are to apply to the courses only after your results
