Indira Gandhi National Open University does NOT offer a Diploma in Pharmacy course because regular Diploma in Pharmacy from PCI approved college is mandatory for registration from state pharmacy council.

Dear Mohan, IGNOU offers Doctor of Philosophy in Bio Chemistry ( PHDBC). That's the only course in IGNOU in Bio Chemistry. And that is for students who have completed their Masters. Yes, IGNOU is valid for the UGC NET exam because to apply for NET exam candidates must have masters’ degree from the approved and recognized universities and IGNOU is a UGC approved University.
