if you applied in june 2018 you will have exams in june 2019.

if you applied in september batch 2018 then exams will be in december 2019.

All the assignments need to be submitted before the exam.

Dear Divyanshu, BHU LLB eligibility is that you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognised University. IGNOU is a recognised University. This is the same for even DU LLB.  So you can apply for both DU LLB & BHU LLB.
