Delhi University conducts an entrance exam(DU B.Ed. exam) for B.Ed program admission, for same application portal is open till 31st August 2021. To write the entrance exam, candidate must meet the eligibility criteria, according to which candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in Bachelor’s Degree or in Master’s degree in any of the following subject:
Moreover, the aspirants who secured at least 55% marks in Bachelor in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics or with any other equivalent degree are eligible to apply. Also the minimum age to apply is 21 years.
DU B.Ed. exam is of 2 hours with 150 objective questions (MCQ type). Questions are from General Knowledge and Teaching Aptitude; Language Proficiency; Reasoning and Subject Knowledge up to class X. Also, there is negative marking of 1/4 for every wrong answer.

IGNOU is very much recognized by the UGC and there is no problem regarding the validity of the degree provided by them.
And as far as your question is concerned... Yes, you are eligible for CDS (Combined Defence Service) Exam
There will be no issue on which college you have passed your degree, your college should be UGC-recognized. Same thing goes for AFCAT as well. Although there are other eligibility criteria you might want to look into.

Sure ,you can pursue MCA from NITs as well as from top colleges after opting BCA from IGNOU.As you know IGNOU is one of the largest Govt open Universities in India and the degrees offered by this university is equally valuable.
Well, to pursue MCA from NITs .. you need to take an Entrance Test called NIMCET.
Basic eligibility criteria: You should Graduate in B.A/B.Sc/BCA and have mathematics/statistics as one of the subjects and you should score min 60% in graduation as well as in intermediate level.

After completing your PG diploma, you have two options for pursuing your PhD:
The PG diploma must be recognised by the Association of Indian Universities as comparable to a master's degree programme, and you must score at least 55 percent overall, among other requirements.
One must hold a professional graduate degree (like mbbs, BTech/BE/BPharm/BVSc, CS/CA/CMA, etc.) that can be equivalent to a master's degree programme by ugc. In addition, in order to get admitted to a PhD programme, you must pass the CSIR/GATE/UGC Net/MHRD fellowship test.
